AI for Business Processes
Wednesday 24 February, 10:00am - 11:30am, Online
This practical, three-part programme is designed to take you from a curious AI beginner to an informed practitioner. Through hands-on workshops and an instructor-led, supportive environment, you’ll learn to use AI safely and effectively in your business.
Already confident with tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot? Feel free to pick and choose the workshops that suit your needs — there’s no requirement to start with the Foundations session. Each workshop stands alone, allowing experienced users to dive straight into the topics that matter most.
We focus on real-world examples (in plain English), not complex theory or jargon. Attend one or all three workshops—each builds your confidence and practical know-how.
What You’ll Cover:
Explore internal productivity opportunities within your business through using AI. Using three real world examples the session will help you uncover AI opportunities that are tailored to your business. We will leave you with a framework of how to identify and implement high value AI opportunities for you and your business to improve processes and be more efficient.
What You’ll Achieve:
You’ll walk away with a Process Automation Pack to encourage safe, incremental automation. Our core message is simple: start small, measure impact, and scale what works.
This workshop is delivered by Tech Educators on behalf of Hull and East Yorkshire Business Support Services.
