Your brand is the story that customers remember.
This engaging and practical workshop helps you explore your values, shape your story, and build a clear brand identity that makes customers choose you over the competition.
What You’ll Gain
•	A guided brand review to identify what’s working well and what could be improved.
•	A clear understanding of your organisation’s values and personality, and how to express them in everyday communication.
•	Simple ways to share your story so customers connect with it and build trust.
•	Guidance on aligning your look and feel – from colours and logos to tone of voice – with your brand message.
•	A practical action plan to take away and start using immediately.
Why Attend?
This is a hands-on session where you’ll work directly on your own brand. Through live exercises, group activities, and real examples, you’ll learn how to tell your story in a way that people listen to, remember, and respond to.
By the end of the session, every participant will:
•	Complete a brand review

These resources give you a clear starting point for sharpening your brand and ensuring you truly stand out.
