A one-day, interactive workshop to give you tools and insights to drive innovation and future-proof your business. You'll learn about the innovation process, techniques for trend analysis, and get hands on with emerging tech to fuel your company’s growth and competitive edge. The workshop is fully funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, meaning there’s no cost for business owners with a trading address in Cheshire West and Chester.
Learn the innovation journey, from concept to business model In the morning, you'll gain an understanding of dynamic capabilities, essential for sensing and seizing opportunities in fast-changing markets. After lunch, you'll dive into lo-fi prototyping to rapidly visualise new ideas, and you'll explore cutting-edge technologies including AI, VR, AR, and 3D printing. You'll hear real-world case studies to show how you could apply these principles and technologies into your business.
