Outline of the workshop:
The workshop is to introduce delegates to social media and explore how it can help their business; no prior experience is required. It emphasises that social media must create value for the business – it is not an end in itself! The workshop is practical and hands-on, showing how to use the most important social networks and third party apps.

• choosing the right one(s) for your business

• popular tools – e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Klout, Bitly, Canva, and more
• the right way (and the wrong way) to measure your success.
