Outline of the workshop:
The workshop is to demonstrate intermediate and advanced use of Facebook for business; accordingly, delegates are expected to have some familiarity with the network already (such as attending Choosing and Using the Right Social Media for your Business). The course is practical and hands-on. It also covers Instagram, which is increasingly well integrated with its owner, Facebook.

• intermediate pages: objectives, settings, layout, posts, sharing, follows, how to grow engagement
• advanced pages: events, shops, insights, duplicates, integrations
• advertising: goals, budgets, audiences, leads, and testing (and why it also works for B2B)
• measuring your success with Audience Insights
• the Facebook pixel: what it is, why you want one, how to install it, and when it’s useful
• communicating with Messenger: getting started, best practice, analytics, bots, media, and ads
• working with Instagram: recap of the platform, best practice, integrating with Facebook.
