SALSA and Issue 5 Update
An overview
The SALSA Standard has been revised and Issue 5, published in June, contains a number of key changes which will be auditable from 3rd September 2018. Attend this workshop to ensure your business is able to continue to achieve SALSA accreditation.
This workshop is being delivered by The Food and Drink Forum’s technical team and will outline the benefits of the SALSA Standard and how the changes to requirements within Issue 5 will affect your business and how to identify and implement these changes to obtain/ continue to obtain SALSA accreditation.

This event is delivered as part of the Collaborate Growing Business Together project and is specifically aimed at Food and Drink Manufacturing Businesses based in Leicester and Leicestershire, with fewer than 250 employees.
