Developing techniques to make more intelligent use of time, and to prioritise and effectively manage a challenging workload can lead to a more productive workforce getting more important work done in less time and with less stress.
This seminar looks at these questions from a different angle, by developing “Focus” and maximising the 80/20 rule. This seminar will open the door for attendees who never seem to have time to get to the bottom of their in-tray, and find very little time for themselves and for creative thinking.
Delegates will learn how to:
• Identify their own particular time wasters and adopt strategies for reducing them
• Recognise the variety of causes of procrastination and apply relevant techniques to overcome these
• Clarify and prioritise objectives and goals, by creating more planning time
• Maximise the 80/20 rule
