Our Food Safety course is ideal for anyone wanting to work in a catering environment, wanting to make their CV stand out from the crowd by adding vital skills.
You will learn a basic knowledge of Food Safety, how to control food safety risks and develop the confidence and expertise needed to safely deliver quality food to customers.
On successful completion of the course, and passing of a Exam, learners will achieve the Award in Food Safety for Catering (RQF) Level 2 Certificate, accredited by Highfield.
