Aimed at businesses who are seeking to improve their contract win rate, this 2 hour interactive workshop will help you understand how to prepare and position your business to win!

· Understanding a tender’s requirement
· Bid / no bid decisions

· Quality of submission – what does good look like?

Session 2: Delivering a winning bid
· Bid writing approach
· Evaluation and mark schemes
· Key principles to achieve high quality responses
· Question deconstruction
· Providing evidence and detail, including case studies, data etc.
· Bid process overview.
· Preparing for typical questions

As this workshop is fully interactive, you’ll have opportunities to ask questions and share your thoughts and experience with the experts who’ll give you unique insights aimed to make bidding easier – and to achieve better outcomes.
