Develop a Strategic Growth Action Plan for your business

Are you feeling unsure how you can grow your business, would you benefit from having a focused growth plan?
If the answer is yes, join us for our strategy planning workshop, held across 2 separate 3 hour sessions, which will help you understand where the growth opportunities are and where your business needs to improve in order to take advantage of these opportunities.
Workshop Objectives:
· Develop a customised strategy that aligns with your goals.
· Help SME owners assess their business's current position and identify growth opportunities.
· Guide participants in setting clear short- and long-term goals.
Businesses attending the workshop will
Start creating their customized Strategic Growth Action Plan based on:
o SWOT analysis
o Business goals
o Barriers and opportunities
The Action Plan will include specific, measurable, and time-bound objectives in key areas:
o Sales growth
o Marketing
o People
o Operational improvements
o Financial management
o Technology
Registering will allocate you a place on both sessions. Places are limited, so please only request a place if you can commit to both dates.
This workshop is limited to 10 businesses, however each business can bring along 2 people. Please only book one space and email us at business.support@eastriding.gov.uk if you would like to bring along a 2nd person.
Photo Consent
Please note, to promote the work of the Council we wish to use photographs or images of people using or benefiting from our services or taking part in activities arranged by the Council. Photographs will be taken during this session to promote this workshop and the support offered by the Invest East Yorkshire Service of East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
These images will be used in social media, in printed and electronic promotion of our service and events. The images will be stored electronically on Council networks and will be reviewed annually.
Under the Data Protection Act 2018 / UK GDPR 2018, we require your consent to use your personal image for this purpose. If you do not wish to consent, please advise your Business Support Representative before the session starts.
These images will NOT be used for anything which may be viewed as negative in tone or that may cause offence, embarrassment or distress.
Images may also be used to validate that the session / support took place under our UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) requirements. These images will not be available to the general public but will be retained until at least 2035.
