2:25pm – Destination Update
- Solihull destination update presented by Sarah Ashford, Visit Solihull Manager.
2:30pm – Peppa Pig Space Adventure Tour and Update (please be aware there will be no characters at the behind-the-scenes tour, as not open to the public)
- Guided tour NEC team (10-15 minutes).
2:45pm - Group escorted to iFLY
3:00pm – Claire O'Donoghue Commercial Operations Director NEC business update (15 minutes)
3:15pm – Welcome and iFLY team Presentation
- Welcome from Abel Tanase as refreshment sponsor and Vice-Chair
- iFLY presentation and venue overview by Conal Taylor UK Senior Sales Co-ordinator (10–15 minutes).
3:30pm – Refreshment Break
- Refreshments served in the meeting room space.
- Selected flight participants change into kit/training
3:45pm – 4:30pm – iFLY Experience
- Instructor demonstration.
- Delegate flights (10 participants).
- Networking continues for attendees observing the flights around the flight chamber.
4:30pm – 4:45pm End
4:45pm - 5:30pm (Optional Networking/drinks Hilton Metropole NEC)- Abel to lead group.
Your chance to fly at iFLY Birmingham
iFLY has given us 10 flights! Experience the thrill of indoor skydiving and freefall in a state-of-the-art wind tunnel. Anyone can do it; suitable for ages 3–103, it's an exhilarating and unforgettable experience.

** Please note due to timing restrictions there is a maximum 10 flights available during the event. Flights will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and waiver forms MUST be completed 3 days prior to the event. If you would like to be considered for a free flight, please email sarah.ashford@solihull.gov.uk to express your interest **

This summer, the NEC has launched Peppa Pig Space Adventure, a limited-run seasonal experience designed for pre-school children.
The session will begin with a brief introduction to the experience, followed by a short, behind-the-scenes walk around the Peppa Pig Space Adventure set. Claire O’Donoghue, Commercial Director at the NEC, and Lauren Godfrey, Head of Marketing for NEC Residencies, will then share a presentation on the experience and the NEC’s broader content strategy.
Please note that the tour will be a set visit only, offering a behind-the-scenes sneak peek rather than the full attraction experience.
