Outline of the workshop:
The purpose of this workshop is to demonstrate intermediate and advanced use of Twitter for business; accordingly, delegates are expected to have some experience of Twitter already (such as attending Choosing and Using the Right Social Media for your Business). As such, it explores the use of analytics, advertising, tools, and integrations at length.

• using link shorteners to track your success and enhance your brand
• moving beyond Promote Mode with remarketing, awareness, conversion, and more
