Outline of the workshop:
This workshop is a gentle introduction to best practice risk and issue management for SMEs. The significance of documentation is emphasised, as is the importance of best practice in this field to an increasing number of buyers. The workbook includes ‘tear out’ blank templates, as well as the normal space for notes and exercises; this is also available as a PDF for re-use. The sessions will showcase best practice when it comes to the identification and recording of potential risks and then create a plan to address and to monitor issues.
