In this fourth session, we will focus on gathering market research from your customers so that you can use it when developing new products or services, and reduce the risk of failure. We will:
- help you understand the importance of involving customers in the process of developing new products or services
- identify methods for engaging customers, gathering useful feedback and collecting data to help you refine your idea.
You will leave the session with an outline plan for engaging with your customers. It will list the various ways in which you can maximise the opportunity to embed customer feedback in your final product or service.
