If you are a small to medium sized engineering and manufacturing business looking at growth, new supply chains and attracting the right clients, this is a must attend event. This practical and interactive session will look at the principals of Six Sigma and how you can apply them to your business transformation program. The event will focus on the core elements

Phil is the Founding Director of Probe which was established in 2005. Phil’s entire career prior was within the Automotive Tier 1 sector where he developed his knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and many of the other core tools which are fundamental to World Class Manufacturing. The company can now boast many Blue Chip organisations as its clients, including the Mercedes F1 Team, Tata Steel, Sony, Robert Bosch, Ford Motor Company, Lockheed Martin, The Royal Mint, Kingspan, Grant Thornton LLP and Whirlpool.
In the 12 years year since it has been founded, Probe has grown to be a multi sector provider of Process and Quality Engineering services and has developed a reputation as proven implementers not only within the Automotive Industry but also in many other industry sectors such as Aerospace & Defence, Food & Drink, Packaging, FMCG, White Goods, Construction and Consumer Electronics.
