In a digital age where change is always taking place in the manufacturing sectors the principals of Kaizen have been taken up by many large plc manufacturing companies. But how can you attribute this to your company and the supply chain you supply? The Japanese word kaizen simply means "change for better". The word refers to any improvement, one-time or continuous.
