DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Cyber Awareness for Businesses - back by popular demand!=0D=0A=
It’s=0D=0A=
really important to recognise that, statistically, cybercrime and fraud now=0D=0A=
pose a greater risk than physical crime. All businesses, from sole-traders=0D=0A=
right up to multi-nationals, need to plan for when, not if, a cyber-attack=0D=0A=
occurs.  Businesses can be targeted randomly, but the good news is that=0D=0A=
with awareness training you can protect yourselves and your business.=0D=0A=
This=0D=0A=
workshop will give you a NON-TECH overview on Cyber Awareness. Sam Hancock, an=0D=0A=
experienced Police Cyber Protect Officer, will cover areas that you need to be=0D=0A=
aware of and a number of measures you can take to help protect yourself and=0D=0A=
your businesses. The session will cover: =0D=0A=

worked in Crime Prevention for the Police since 2003, the last two and a half=0D=0A=
years with Leicestershire Police as their Cyber Protect Officer. She is=0D=0A=
passionate about raising awareness of Cyber Crime and what we can all do to=0D=0A=
protect ourselves.=0D=0A=
